4. Deposits

• Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to USD at current market rates

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals require a valid transaction PIN
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $10
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours after approval
• You must have sufficient balance for the withdrawal amount

6. Loans

• Loan eligibility is determined by KYC level and credit assessment
• Interest rates vary by KYC level (5.5% - 12.5%)
• Loan repayment must be made from your account balance
• Late or missed payments may result in penalties
• We reserve the right to reject loan applications

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Provide false information or fraudulent documents
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform

• Share account access with unauthorized third parties
• Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading

9. Fees

• Market fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency values
• Delays caused by third-party payment processors
